Must be able to work 11pm-7a.
Must be able to work rotating weekends.
Must be able to work some holidays; We are open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
Basic computer skills are a must; 95% of work related tasks will be carried out via computer and internet.
Must be able to bend at the waist, to slide guest receipts under doors.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Must have good customer service skills.

Job
Responsibilities:
Check in guests and make reservations.
Use computer to run audit, check out guests, and manage/adjust guest accounts.
Slide guest receipts under doors after audit.
Prepare breakfast bags for the next morning.
Fold laundry (towels, rags, hand-towels, cloth bath mats) for the shift.
Address customer needs (including complaints) until a manager arrives on the next shift.
