Site Manager Part Time

Up to 29 hours per week with flexible schedule.
Must be able to work independently reporting directly to the Regional Manager.
Responsible for processing applicants to fill vacant units, collecting and depositing rent, entering deposits and maintain tenant ledgers in Yardi Breeze software.
Must be able to use office equipment.
Contact subcontractors for plumbing, hvac, and electrical as needed.
Oversee Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant units are rent ready.
Maintain tenant files with all applicable documents for audit reviews.
Must oversee the property to ensure a safe environment for all tenants.
Working knowledge in Yardi is a plus.
Minimum 2 years office experience with computers and Microsoft office.
