A growing food company located in Brownsville, Tennessee is currently searching for a Quality Assurance Supervisor. This position is responsible for leading continuous improvement and corrective action projects. This position is responsible for performing systems-related tasks, including data analysis, tracking and maintenance of the internal self-inspection (audit) program, Hold-and-Release and microbiological programs. This position will also oversee the QA Lab operations to ensure manufactured products meet or exceed consumer expectations, regulatory requirements (FDA and USDA) and product specification

Salary range for this position is $60-63k.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor of Science in Food Science or related discipline (chemistry, biology or microbiology)
-Minimum of 3 years of Quality Assurance supervisory experience required.
-SQF and HACCP certified is preferred -Experience with FDA, USDA Regulations
-Demonstrated hands on management experience.
-Experience working in a food manufacturing environment, preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
