A growing food and beverage company located in Brownsville, Tennessee is currently searching for a Continuous Improvement Engineer. This position is responsible for analyzing process and package systems in order to develop and recommend process improvement plans that support on-going cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and quality enhancement strategies in a continuous improvement environment. This position will work with managers and employees to identify potential line or system opportunities within the confines of a manufacturing facility, utilize tools such as SPC, operations downtime tracking, and maintenance records to identify greatest losses and focus factory resources for the greatest gain. This position will also assist operations and maintenance in problem solving while working with a team to deliver the greatest potential reliability and performance from the existing asset base

Salary range for this position is $80-110k

Qualifications & Requirements:

-BS Degree REQUIRED, preferably in engineering
-Six Sigma Green Belt REQUIRED, preferably a Black Belt
-5+ years of Lean experience in a complex manufacturing environment REQUIRED.
-2-5 years of leading Kaizen events in manufacturing settings REQUIRED
-Demonstrate ability to utilize DMAIC / PDCA or similar processes
-Ability to teach and coach CI concepts throughout the plant

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
