Sales Support Coordinator

Overview
SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Responsible for providing assistance and support to Chemical Division Sales, and supporting the
office of the Chemicals Division Business Director. Coordinates customer setup and ongoing
communications, including price sheets, data sheets, and other information; new product
samples; and receives, coordinates and internally communicates forecasts.
Responsibilities
Assists the Business Director and Business Development Manager with projects that involve the collection and analysis of information such as sales data, key business performance indicators, and work on special customer related projects.
Generate and distribute monthly summaries of sales and internal transfer volume.
Coordinate and enter into ERP system the monthly sales forecasts.
Coordinate and organize customer account set up.
Provides support to sales in all aspects i.e., liason, research inquiries, transcribe letters, etc.
Power user of Cognos, Movex, and all other Corporate ERP system and tools.
Participates in key IT projects and identifies gaps / needs for the business.
On an as-needed basis, designs and creates Impromptu reports for Sales/Marketing
Deals with customer issues as prompted by Sales, Customer Service, or Technical
Coordinate samples of lab produced materials.
Maintains and coordinates distribution of Product Data Sheets (generated by Technical).
Monitor MSDS's for current review dates, and for accuracy of product / customer names and item numbers.
Maintain and distribute price sheets to customers as instructed by the Business Director.
On an exception basis, works with sales, production, lab, technical, and shipping to meet the customer's needs and delivery dates.
Take calls from and responds to customers in the absence of the Business Director and Business Development manager or other sales staff.
Addresses and communicates complaints with both customer, technical, and manufacturing.
Qualifies leads from advertising, public relations and trade shows, etc.
Qualifications & Competencies
Work is substantially complex; including concurrent assignments requiring multiple disciplines and the coordination of multiple resources
Requires the ability to answer and resolve customer issues and problems to meet customer expectations
Requires excellent communication skills and detailed product knowledge
Requires an in depth knowledge of Teknor ERP systems, spreadsheets, and word processing
The position requires an in depth knowledge of WebEx, i.e. set up, usage, billing, etc.

Position requires 2 €“ 4 years of sales, marketing, technical, or customer service experience.
EDUCATION
Knowledge of communications or business field, which can be acquired through up to 18 months of education or training beyond the high school level.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
